Recently, Target has come under fire by a small – but loud – group of people who oppose its LGBT-inclusive policies. It's time to come together to send a strong and clear message to Target – "Thank you for doing the right thing!"  - as the company stands for equality and acceptance alongside others like Starbucks and Barnes & Noble.

Take the pledge to #StandWithTarget on Wednesday, June 1 as LGBT Pride Month begins.  Here's what you can do to join GLAAD, Family Equality Council, Freedom for All Americans and GLSEN in voicing your appreciation for companies that value everyone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW:

  •  Take the pledge below
  •  Share the pledge with your friends and family on social media

WHAT YOU CAN DO ON JUNE 1:

  • Visit a Target store and take a selfie for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Snapchat
  • Shop at Target in your community or online to buy supplies for your local LGBT organization
  • Wear red to show your solidarity with Target

Will you sign?
